The study of organizational behavior focuses on people within the context of their organizations analyzing and understanding what they do, how they do it and the factors that affect their behavior. The aim is to provide the basis for developing HR policies and practices which will lead to improved organizational capability. It is the human factor which is contributory to the productivity hence the study of human behaviors are important thing to HR Managers. Organizational behavior’ is the term used to describe how people within their organizations act, individually or in groups, and how organizations function, in terms of their structure, processes and culture. As noted by Wood (1995) it was first used in the late 1950s. Ivancevich et al, (2008) said the study of human behavior, attitudes, and performance within an organizational setting; drawing on the
